This is the blog of our Early Childhood students at Wilkes Community College, Educational Technology class, Summer 08. It is a hybrid course meaning students do most of their work online, meeting only three times for an 8 weeks course. Most of us don't even know what a blog is or why we would use it. So here goes an experiment!

Teachers can use social networking to assign homework, to communicate with students over distance and collaborative projects with other school and students.
With the use of social networking teacher and student can view important events as they happen in history.

Teachers can use social networking sites to improve their teaching methods by talking to one another about experiences, their strengths, and weaknesses, to help each other.
I'm glad he finally got to the question. Teachers can use social networking for many things. Such as preparing assignments, records, and presentations. These will help to better the classroom learning.
Teachers use social networking for sharing best practices, requesting help from other professionals, learning and sharing new ideas, and collaborating on projects. They can use it to reflect upon ways of being near the way students learn. They also can create theory and analyze its advantages and disadvantages in the classroom.
